First Pictures

Zoe had her very first professional photos taken yesterday and it was so much fun! We dressed her up in her blessing dress and she was so adorable. I was scared that she wouldn't smile for the pictures but we lucked out and got a few pictures of our little one with a smile. She was such a sweet little girl. We get the pictures back 6/9 and I feel like I can't wait to see them. Luckily we can view them online and below are some of the cute pics. We also had a bit of a scary moment with my neice Pamela. She plays Doctor with her Mom and Dad and she got Zoes thermometer and was trying to take the baby's temp via the mouth. We were getting ready to go so we didn't notice it at first and when Cory saw this going on he got so scared! He kind of yelled at pammy and it scared her (not to mention freaking me and my sister out also). The baby is fine and Pammy isn't too scared of her Kunkle Cory even though he scared her. Enjoy the pics!

Zoe's blessing..and bye bye Bassie!

We had a really exciting weekend..Zoe was blessed on Sunday! It was a very special event and some of Cory's family came out from Cali. Cory's Mom, Dad, all of his Brother's, sister Tiffany, and brothers wife Betsy and kids all came out. Chad, Betsy, Corbin and Anjulee stayed with us for a couple nights and that was so much fun. Corbin is a bundle of energy and I don't think Cory's fish tank will ever be the same :) !!
I was so stressed out trying to get everything ready..my sister was moving into a new house which is awesome for her and Ryan not so awesome for me and Cory. See we were using Heathers washer and dryer (and those with kids know they make LOTS of laundry) and they took it back this weekend. So we were washer/dryer less for a whole Weekend!!! But in the end everything went off beautifully.

We had a great turn out for the blessing and we are so blessed with great friends and family! Cory gave Zoe a beautiful blessing and I got all emotional. I bore my testimony and I swear I could only get out a few words I was so teary! I am usually not emotional at all.. in fact Cory cried when the baby was born not me. But the blessing made me emotional! Thank you so much to everyone who came out and helped us celebrate this special day!

Zoe is now 3 months old so we decided it was time to retire the bassinette and put her in her big crib. I was nervous last night that I wouldn't hear her cry in the other room so I slept bad last night. I'll try and calm down tonight. The baby did so good and she is so adorable in the big crib.

And...as a last note I start work tomorrow May 7 which is so sad to me. I am lucky though because I will be able to work from home and it's only 4 hours a day so it won't be too bad and the money will be so good. I don't like living off one income so this will be good.

I love this little outfit!

Super cute heart bum!
